摘要
在甘蔗两品种伸长生长后期,以三种生长调节剂叶面喷施,乙烯利、草甘膦处理有良好的催熟增糖作用,但对叶片生理生化影响不完全一致:两者均抑制呼吸强度和多酚氧化酶活性;乙烯利明显提高过氧化物酶活性,降低Mg^(2+).ATP酶、Ca^(2+).ATP酶、苹果酸酶活性;草甘膦仅在处理后早期有提高过氧化物酶活性作用,抑制Mg^(2+).ATP酶活性,对Ca^(2+).ATP酶活性影响较小,明显降低叶片N水平。PP_(333)的催熟增糖效果尚有待确定,其对呼吸和酶的影响,与前述两处理表现有较大差别。
Three plant growth regulators,ethrel,glyphosate and PP_(333) were sprayed on leaves of two varieties of sugarcane at late elongating stage.Both ethrel and glyphosate had significant effects on ripening and increasing the sucrose content in cane,and on inhibiting the respiration and the activity of polyphenol oxidase in leaves.The treatment with ethrel significantly increased the activity of peroxidase,but decreased the activities of Mg^(2+)- ATPase,Ca^(2+)-ATPase and malic enzyme.The treatment with glyphosate increased the activity of peroxidase only in the early time after spraying,and had a very small effect on the activity of Ca^(2+)-ATPase,but decreasing the activity of Mg^(2+)-ATPase and N content in leaves.The effect of PP_(333) on sugarcane ripening and sucrose content in cane was uncertain, and the effects on respiration and enzyme activities were quite different from the treatments with ethrel and glyphosate.
