摘要
本实验以市售７个普通茶叶样品为对照，用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）对南昆山白毛茶中的可可碱进行分析测定。结果表明，南昆山白毛茶中含有丰富的可可碱，高达３．０２％—４．６８％，比对照高出１１．７－１５．１倍。
By using HPLC,theobromine in Baimao tea from Nankun mountain is sepa-rated and determined with seven sorts of common tea from market as comparison. The resultsindicated that the Baimao tea from Nunkun mountain contains plenty of the obromine, range 3. 02 %- 4.68 %,it is 44.7- 15. 1 times higher than CK.
