摘要
提高大庆类原油催化裂化汽油辛烷值工业试验于1996年10月至1997年1月在前郭炼油厂800Kt/a重油催化裂化装置上进行。结果表明,采用DOCR-1催化剂和相应的工艺技术能有效地提高催化裂化汽油的辛烷值。与不用DOCR-1催化剂的结果相比,汽油RON达到90.1,提高1.4个单位;MON达到79.8,提高2.4个单位。轻质油收率降低1.75个百分点,干气和焦炭选择性明显改善,是一种理想的生产高辛烷值汽油和提高重油转化的技术,对汽油的升级换代和无铅化具有重要意义。
The catalytic cracking of atmospheric residue from Daqing-type paraffin base crude oils for enhancing octane number of catalytic gasoline was commercially tested in a 800 kt/a resid FCCU in Qianguo Refinery from October 1996 to January 1997. The results showed that the octane number of catalytic gasoline can be effectively raised by using DOCR-1 catalyst and associated catalytic cracking technology. The gasoline thus made has RON of 90. 1 and MON of 79. 8, up 1. 4 and 2. 4 respectively as compared with the results using existing catalysts. The present process significantly improves the selectivity of dry gas and coke though it has a reduction of 1. 75 % in gasoline plus LCO yield, thus it is an ideal technology for high-octane gasoline production and increased heavy oil conversion.
