摘要
本实验研究证明紫外线灭活的人类单纯疱诊病毒Ⅱ型(HHSV-2)可以提高小鼠白血病病毒(MuLV)在新生小鼠中诱发白血病的发病率。单独接种 MuLV和接种 HHSV-2+MuLV的小鼠中白血病的发病率分别是44.74%(17/38)和75.00%(27/36),其差异具有高度显著性(P<0.01).此动物模型可用于研究 MuLV 与 HHSV-2在诱发恶变过程中二者之间相互作用的原理.
This experimental study demonstrated that UV-inaetivated human herpes simplex virus type 2(HHSV-2)enhanced the incidence of leukemia_2~ induced with murine leukemia virus(MuLV)in newborn mice.Seventeen out of 38 newborn mice inoculated with MuLV alone and 27 out of 36 newborn mice inoculated with UV-inactivated HHSV-2 Plus MuLV were found to develop leukemia.The percentage increased from 44.74%to 75.00%.There was a highly significant difference between them(P<0.01).This animal model might be used for studying the mechanism of an interaction between MuLV and HHSV-2 in induction of malignancies.
