摘要
121例(男65、女56)武汉地区出生的正常新生儿脐血浆胶体渗透压研究表明:男女差别无显著性,经 D 检验为偏态资料,中位数为287.98mmol/L.95％和90％正常估计值分别为263.38～344.75mmol/L 和268.42～309.05mmol/L 与 Nesons 的正常值289～308mmol/L 有一定的重叠。
Plasma colloid osmotic pressure of cord blood was measured in 121 normal neonates born in Wuhan city,with 65 males and 56 females.From the view of sex,it made were no significant difference.The data were skew distribu- tion by D-normality test.Median was 287.98mmol/L.95% and 90% in normal range were 263.38～344.75mmol/L and 268.42～309.05mmol/L respectively. Our results are partly overlapping with Nesons normal range,which was 289～ 308 mmol/L.
