摘要
目的 观察保元灌肠液治疗原发性高血压 (EH)患者早期肾损害的疗效。方法 将 12 0例EH患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各 6 0例 ,2组同时口服降压药 ,治疗组加用保元灌肠液灌肠治疗。结果 治疗组能明显降低尿微量白蛋白(P <0 .0 1) ,改善肾小管的重吸收功能 ,降低血液粘滞度 ,改善脂质代谢。结论 保元灌肠液对EH患者有肾脏保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Baoyuan Guanchang Decoction in the treatment of early renal lesion of patients with primary hypertension. METHOD 120 patients with primary hypertension were divided randomly and evenly into two groups. Both groups took hypotensor and the treatment group also took Baoyuan Guanchang Decoction. RESULT In the treatment group, Baoyuan Guanchang Decoction proved to have the effect of markedly reducing urine micro-albumin (P<0.01), improving the reabsorption function of the renal tubules, reducing blood viscosity and improving lipide metabolism. CONCLUSION Baoyuan Guanchang Decoction has the function of protecting the kidney of patients with primary hypertension.
