摘要
应用抗鸡蛋溶菌酶(HEL)单克隆抗体(McAb)混合组分双位点ELISA方法检测正常人泪液溶菌酶38眼份,并作了方法学探讨。38眼份正常人泪液溶菌酶OD值分布在0.8~1.6者占65.8%,HEL标准曲线在此范围内与其重合。组内、组间重复试验CV值均<10%。提示本方法为泪液溶菌酶检测方法开辟新的途径。
In this study the level of lysozyme in normal human tears of 38 eye samples was determined by use of a mixture of anti-hen egg lysozyme (HEL) monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) with the two-site enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the methodology for it was approached. The distribution of optical density (OD) value in human tear lysozyme of 38 eye samples ranged from 0.8-1.6 accounting for 65.8%, in which the standard curve of HEL coincided with it. The value of coefficient of variation (CV) averaged less than 10% in repetitive test within group and among the groups. Our experimental study suggests that the method as mentioned above might open a new way to tear lysozyme determination.
