摘要
用等离子发射光谱法测定了２０例消化性溃疡及２０例慢性胃炎患者血清中Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｃａ、Ｃｕ５种元素含量，并与４０例正常人对照。结果显示：消化性溃疡病人中Ｚｎ和Ｃｕ含量明显低于正常人，慢性胃炎血清微量元素Ｚｎ含量明显低于正常人。
The levels of serum zinc,iron,manganese,calcium,copper were determined in 20 peptic ulcer patients and 20 chronic atrophic gastritis contrasted with 40 controls.The result showed that serum levels of Zn and Cu in peptic ulcer and Zn in chronic atrophic gastritis patients were lower than that of in control group (P<005).It suggest that deficiency of Zn in serum play some action on the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and peptic ulcer.
