摘要
目的 探讨预构带软骨复合组织皮瓣成活机制 .方法 将日本大耳白兔分为 5组 ,每组 5只 ,取股动静脉血管束 6 cm,置入同侧下腹部 ,并植入 3 cm× 2 cm耳软骨 ,分别于7,10 ,14,2 1和 2 8d行 10 0 g· L- 1 荧光素钠活体染色 ,ECT照像及皮瓣成活面积观察 .结果 随着时间推移 ,荧光素钠染色面积增加 ,ECT照像计数上升 ,到 4wk皮瓣可成活 .结论 采用兔股动、静脉血管束预构下腹部带软骨的复合组织皮瓣
AIM To investigate the surviving mechanism of prefabricated flaps with compound cartilage tissue. METHODS Twenty five Japanese big ear rabbits were divided into five groups. Five cm of femoral artery and vein vascular bundles, and 3 cm×2 cm ear cartilage were transplanted into the left lower abdomens of the rabbits. 100 g·L -1 fluorecin sodium staining and ECT photography were performed on the 7th, 10th, 14th, 21st, and 28th day after the transplantation. RESULTS The surviving area of the flaps with fluorescin sodium increased and ECT photographic counts went up. The flaps survived four weeks after the transplantation. CONCLUSION The prefabricated flaps with rabbit femoral artery and vein vascular bundles and compound cartilage tissue can survive four weeks after the transplantation.
