摘要
测谎技术是复杂并且有争议的方法 ,但也是目前在侦查、执法和作证程序中被广泛使用的方法。实践表明 ,在适宜的场合恰当的使用时 ,它有很高的准确率 ,但也会被滥用和曲解 ,有许多关于其信度、效度和使用方法的不真实的报道。测谎技术的优越性和局限性何在 ,需要我们以实案运用为依托作进一步的探讨。
Though the lie ditetor test is complex and controversial,it is now widely used in investigation,enforcement of law and giving testimony. Its high accuracy has been proved when it is properly used on proper occasions.But it can also be abused and misunderstood because of false reports on its reliability,effectiveness and methods of using it. It is necessary for us to probe further into its advantages and limitations according to specific cases.
