摘要
建立了双凸极变速永磁电机的变结构等效磁路模型 ,推导了气隙比磁导计算公式 ,通过求解所建立的非线性等效磁路方程 ,以计算电机的静态特性。计算中计及铁磁材料的非线性以及永磁磁场与电枢反应磁场之间的相互影响。通过引入适当的修正系数 ,使计算结果与有限元结果吻合。以新提出的 12 / 8极双凸极永磁电机为算例 ,对电机的永磁磁链 ,空载电势 ,电感等静态特性进行了全面的分析计算 ,并考虑了转子斜槽对静态特性的影响 ,所得结果与实测值一致 ,基金项目 :国家自然科学基金资助项目 (5 95 0 70 0 1)。表明该文所提出的分析理论和方法可以快速、有效地分析计算双凸极永磁电的磁场及静态特性 ,适合于需要考虑不同结构参数对电机特性影响的应用场合 。
In this paper, a nonlinear variable structure magnetic circuit (VSMC) modeling is developed for doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) machine and the air gap specific permeance is formulated. The method is used to analyze the static characteristics of DSPM machine, in which the cross coupling between the permanent magnet field and the armature current field, as well as magnetic saturation are taken into account. The effect of rotor skewing on the static characteristics is investigated. There is a good agreement between the results of the nonlinear VSMC method and FEM. Moreover, the nonideality in the air gap and the pole permeances are taken into account to improve the calculation accuracy. The modeling is applied to a newly proposed 12/8 pole DSPM machine for evaluation. Experimental results on the prototype verify the analysis. The nonlinear VSMC method offers the advantage of calculating, effectively and efficiently, the static characteristics of DSPM machines having different dimensions, parameters and conditions. Therefore, the proposed approach is especially useful for design optimization of DSPM machines.
