掺杂 C_(60)的 SiO_2-PDMS有机-无机复合材料的光学性质 被引量:1

OPTICAL CHARACTERISATION OF C60 DOPED SiO2-PDMS ORGANIC-INORGANIC COMPOSITES

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了含有 C6O的二氧化硅-聚二甲基硅氧烷复合凝胶材料,研究了材料的制备机理及结构性质,及其在低温条件下的变温发光光谱,给出了发光强度与温度的变化关系曲线拟合实验数据得到了 C60/ SiO2-PDMS热激活能为 C60-doped organic-inorganic composites with different composition xC60(1-x) SiO2-PDMS have been firstly prepared via sol-gel process by hydrolyzing tetraethyl orthosilicate and PDMS mixture doped with various amounts of C6o toluene solution. The wet gels were dried by HTHS dry method and sintered at different conditions of heat-treatment. The amorphous SiO2-PDMS gelglasses were confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction. The struture of C6o/SiO2-PDMS gels glasses were studied by IR spectra, X-ray and absorption spectra etc. method. The photoluminescence spectra of Coo-doped SiO2-PDMS gels excited with 532urn laser light were observed for the first time. Using the equation I= I(0)/[1 + Aexp(-E/kT)], the ionized energies of C6o/SiO2-PDMS through fitting the data was obtained.
