摘要
10万m3原油储罐是国内目前最大的油罐 ,为了获得大角焊缝和第一、二圈罐壁等关键部位的应力分布情况 ,并检验设计的合理性和运行的安全性 ,对其中一台进行了应力测试和评定。结合大型油罐及现场的特殊情况 ,测试采用静态电阻应力 应变的方法。理论分析和计算表明 ,被测点油罐外壁的环向应力测试值与理论计算值基本一致 ,环向应力的最大值出现在第一圈罐壁与第二圈罐壁连接处的上侧。按分析设计标准对油罐进行评定的结果证明 ,该油罐设计合理 ,在正常的操作条件下应力水平完全满足强度要求。测试所采用的方法和得到的结果对今后10万m3及
The crude oil tank with a capacity of 10 5m 3 is the largest ofl tank at present in China. To learn the distribution of stress in the fillet weld and the first and second layers of the tank, and to verify whether the design is rational and operation is safe, stress test and evaluation were made on one of the tanks.The test was conducted by the static resistance stress strain method based on the specified on the spot conditions. Analysis and calculation show that, the measured value of the circumferential stress on the outer surface of the tank is consistent to the calculated value, and the miaximum stress occurs near the upside of the junction of the tank's first and second layer. The tank is evaluated based on the design rules, and the result proves that the tank is designed rationally and its strength meets the need of operation.
