摘要
试样用硼酸镶边衬底压片 ,以铑靶的瑞利散射线强度为内标 ,X射线荧光光谱法测定石灰石中的CaO、MgO和SiO2 ,取得满意的结果。
The powder samples were pressed into disks by using boric acid to trim lining. The CaO, MgO and SiO 2 in the lime stone were measured with XRFS by using the Rayliegh scattered light intensity of Rh target as internal standard.
