摘要
目的探讨L Arg对肾血管性高血压左室肥厚大鼠血液流变学的影响。 方法采用放免法检测左室心肌AngⅡ含量 ,生化方法检测主动脉中钙调素含量 ,并观测不同组别血液流变学指标。 结果经过8周的治疗后 ,L Arg能显著改善高血压左室肥厚大鼠血液流变学指标 ,并能显著减少左室心肌AngⅡ含量 (P <0 .0 1 )及主动脉中钙调素含量 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论L Arg能改善高血压左室肥厚大鼠血液流变学指标 。
Objective To study the effects of L Arg on hemorrheology in rats with renovascular hypertensive hypertrophy of left ventricle.Methods The AngⅡ in the left ventricle were measured by radioimmunoassay and 4 different hemorrheological targets were detected.Results After eight weeks of treatment by L Arg,the AngⅡ in the left ventricle could be decreased obviousby(P<0.01) and the 4 different hemorrheological targets had been improved remarkably.Conclusion The AngⅡ in the left ventricle could be decreased and the 4 different hemorrheological targets could be improved by L Arg.
