摘要
患者临床上具有头痛、颈硬、恶心呕吐等表现且发病前有烤吃大瓶螺史 ;脑脊液检查出嗜酸性粒细胞增高并发现 1条广州管圆线虫第 4期幼虫 ;检查患者吃螺处的螺蛳 ,发现大量广州管圆线虫幼虫 。
The patient had headache and stiff neck and some other clinical symptoms The amount of eosinophil cells in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)increased and a larva of Angiostrongylus cantonensis had been found,The patient ate uncooked(raw) Pila gigas before We have found larve of A cantonensis in P gigas and mouse So that it is confirmed that we have found The first case of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis in human in Fujian province
