摘要
本文在理论上和实验上研究了钻井泥浆在钻柱中螺旋流动,将泥浆看作宾汉液体,推导出视粘度分布,速度分布和流量的解析表达式,进而建立了压降方程。在实验上,将由本文公式算得的理论流量Q和实验中实测的流量Q*进行了比较,结果吻合的较好。
Both theoretically and experimentally helical flow of the drillingmuds in drilling rods is studied. In terms of theory, considering thedrifling mud as a Bingham fluid, the analytical expressions of the ap-parent viscosity distribution; the velocity distribution and the flow rateof the helical laminar flow in pipes are derived separately, moreover,the equation to determine the pressure drop is established too. In themeantime, to compare the theoretical flow rate determined by the formulaeabove mentioned with the actually measured one from experiment conductedon the helical flow of Bingham fluid shows that they are coincided witheach other.
