摘要
为解决用金属铝溶胶作粘结剂制备催化裂化催化剂价格较昂贵、腐蚀设备和产生氢等问题 ,在实验室选用甘肃产的一种聚合氯化铝并用一种能增加铝溶出率的化合物为助溶剂进行改性研制出了聚合氯化铝粘结剂 ,进而用它制备出催化裂化催化剂LC 8B ,经对其使用性能的评价表明 ,催化活性、产品分布、汽油选择性。
A new type FCC catalyst binder, poly aluminium chloride, was prepared in the laboratory for replacing the conventional aluminum sol binder due to the latter was expensive and corrosive. The former was a kind of poly aluminium chloride produced from Gansu province and was modified by a cosolvent, which was a compound for solubilization. The cracking performance of the FCC catalyst LC 8B with the new binder was compared with a reference catalyst with aluminum sol binder. The comparison showed that the activity, gasoline selectivity and coke selectivity of LC 8B were equivalent to the reference catalyst.
