企业风险管理是企业为实现生产、经营和财务稳定与安全，对可能遭受的各种风险损害所采取的有效措施，能帮助企业进行成本和效益的分析，对所面临的各种风险作出客观而较为科学的决策，以降低风险所导致的损失。企业风险管理在经济发展中所发挥的作用越来越大，具有广阔的发展前景。
Risk management is one of effective measures taken by enterprises, in case of suffering loss from various risks, to make the production, operation and finance stable and safe. It is helpful to enterprises for analyzing the cost and profit and making objective and scientific decision on variQus risks which the enterprises are likely to face, so that the loss resulted in will be reduced. Risk management in enterprises will play more and more important roles in the course of economic development and exhibit vast prospects.
