陶瓷材料与轴承钢因线膨胀系数不一 ,这对高速高温混合角接触球轴承的设计应用构成重大技术障碍 ,以计算法分析了热膨胀差对混合轴承高速性。
The linear expansion between ceramic and steel is different, which makes it more difficult to design and apply the ceramics ball bearings in high speed and high temperature. This issue mainly discusses the influence of the difference of linear expansion on the performance of the ceramics ball beairng in high speed, the method of its preloading and its test technique, and also puts forward the approach and designing countermeasures.
