摘要
根据正常心肌收缩与心电图的关系,论述了前间壁心肌梗塞心电图的QS波、ST段上移和倒置T波的形成。提出QS波代表室间隔有部分的严重缺血或坏死,对称性倒置的T波代表室间隔和心室壁都有部分的严重缺血或坏死。
According to the relation between the contraction of normal heart muscle and the electrocardio- gram,the formation of QS wave,ST segment elevation and symmetric inverted T wave is discuased inthis article. The author put forward that the QS wave represented serious ischemia or necrosis in a partof the interventricular septum; the symmetric inverted T wave indicated that some parts of the inter-ventricular septum and the ventricular walls had serious ischemia or necrosis.
