摘要
提出工艺路线决策的主干约束匹配法。抽取同类零件工艺路线决策的共性知识作为工艺主干,独立于工艺决策模块。依照零件类的面向对象层次结构设置个性化的决策推理机,以零件状态和制造环境为约束条件,进行适当的匹配修正推出新零件工艺。
The skeleton constraint matching approch of designing part machining route is proposed in this paper. The common feature of machining routes in the same similar part family is summarized as routing skeleton knowledge, which is independent of inference module.Based on the constraints of part construction and manufacturing environment, a new part's process plan plan be concluded through matching with the route skeleton. An example is given finally.
