摘要
知识经济时代，教育发展的一个重要趋势是终身教育，传统的一次性学校教育已不能适应经济和社会发展以及人的自身发展的要求，学习将成为人的终身需要。作为“为人师表”的教师通过继续教育之路，不断地进行知识更新和知识创新，这不仅是教师自身生存和发展的需要，也是知识经济时代的必然要求。
In the Limes of knowledge economy, an important trend of educations development has been lifelong education .Temporary traditional school education can no longer adept itself to the development of economy and society as well as the requirement of people for their own development, Therefore , study will become peoples lifelong necessity. Teachers should receive continuous education so that they can constantly renew Knowledge and bring forth new ideas which is not only a necessity for teachers survival and development but also an inevitable requirement of knowledge economy times .
