摘要
目的 探讨囊虫病的临床及误诊原因。方法 回顾性分析脑囊虫病的临床、CT表现及误诊情况。结果 在34例误诊的脑囊虫病中 ,多误诊为脑膜炎、脑瘤、精神病和痴呆。结论 脑囊虫病临床表现复杂多样 。
Objective To research clinical manifestation and causes of misdiagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis.Methods To analysis retrospectively the clinic CT and misdiagnosed condition.Results Among 34 cases of misdiagnostic cerebral cysticercosis,they were often misdiagnosed as cerebral meningitis,cerebroma,psychosis and dementia.Conclusions The clinical presentation of cerebral cysticercosis are complex and various.It needs careful and overall physical checkup.
