摘要
采用一系列真菌和细菌 ,试验了芫荽汁的抑菌作用。结果表明 ,芫荽浸出汁对细菌和部分霉菌的生长具有较强的抑制作用 。
The anti-microbial action fo Coriander with a series of bacterium and fungi were studied.The results showed that the extract of Coriander can effectively inhibit the growth of bacterium and some molds.The extract can not effectively inhibit the growth of yeast.
