稀土永磁直流电动机三维静磁场分析

摘要 在矢量磁位分量形式的三维静磁场泊松方程基础上,建立相应的八节点任意六面体单元刚度矩阵形成的数学模型,并运用矢量磁位分量形式的有限元法对 SZKY01型稀土永磁直流电动机进行三维静磁场计算。计算结果反映了气隙磁密沿轴向分布不均匀性及漏磁通的比例关系。文中从稀土永磁体的等效原理出发,结合电机的基本结构,分析气隙磁密沿轴向中间高、两端逐渐减少的不均匀性,探讨二维场无法考虑的端部效应。 On the basis of Poisson equation of three-dimensional steady magnetic field in form of vector magnetic potential component,math model formed by stiffness matrin equation of correspond eight nodes and any hexahedron unit is set up.Three-dimensional steady magnetic field of SZKY01 rare-earth permanent magnet dc motor is calculated by limited finite-element in vector magnetic displacement compo- nent.Its result expresses proportional relation between distribution nonuniform of air-gap magnetic density in axial and leakage flux.From the equivalent principle of rare-earth permanent magnetizor,combined with basic structure of the motor,non-uniform of air-gap magnetic density reducing slowly is axial two ends and increasing in axial intermediate is analysed.And end effection of two-dimensional field previously unable to consider is also explored.
