摘要
目的：提高颅脑损伤合并伤的抢救成功率。方法：回顾性分析我院1995年4月-1999年12月180例颅脑伤合并伤的治疗情况。结果：痊愈141例(78.3%)，伤残20例(11.1%)，死亡19例(10.6%)。结论：严重脑损伤和休克是脑损伤合并伤死亡的主要原因，强调本着优先处理致命伤的原则是提高抢救成功率的关键。
Objective: To improve therapeutic successful rate of cerebral trauma combined with the other organ trauma. Methods: Summary of therapeutic experiences of 180 cases cerebral trauma combined with the other organ trauma was reported from April 1995 to December 1999. Results: 141 patients were healed (78.35%), 20 patients were disable (11.1%) and 19 patients were dead (10.6%). Conclusion: Serious cerebral trauma and shock should be main causes in the cerebral trauma combined with the other organ trauma. The priority to treat deadly trauma might be the key of improving therapeutic successful rate.
