摘要
目的 :运用 B型超声高频探头 (7.5 MHz)对老年性白内障患者超声声像图进行分析。总结老年性白内障眼超声特征及其为临床诊断提供依据。方法 :应用西门子 B超诊断仪对 78例 (15 6只眼 )老年性白内障进行超声探测。结果 :78例患者中双眼病变的占 6 1.5 3% ,单眼病变的占 32 .0 5 % ,双眼显示正常的占 6 .14%。结论 :B超检测对老年性白内障具有简单、易行、无创、重复性好等特点 ,作为一种眼科辅助检查 ,值得推广。
Objective:To analyse senile cataract's ultrasonography by using B-type ultrasonic high-frequency transducer (7.5MHz), summary senile cataract ultrasonography's character,and provide basis for the clinical diagnosis.Methods:78 patients of 156 eyes were examined with SONOLINE Prime B ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus.Results:In 78 patients,61.53% were ill in both eyes ,32.05% ill in single eye ,and 6.14% normal in both .Conclusion:B type ultrasonic can be operated easily,rapidly,non-woundedly and well-repeatedly.It can be used as an eye check auxiliary apparatus.=
