摘要
根据葡萄糖酸亚铁在pH4.25的缓冲溶液中,与邻菲啰啉试剂作用生成橙红色配合物的特性。用分光光度法在波长515nm处,测定该配合物的吸光度。Fe(Ⅱ)浓度范围在0.5~5μg·ml^(-1),符合比耳定律。试验中如有Fe(Ⅲ)存在,加入盐酸羟胺还原,亦可应用本法测定其它制剂中Fe(Ⅱ)含量。本法与美国药典(ⅩⅪ版)硫酸铈法比较,结果一致。
In an acetic acid buffer of pH 4.25, Ferrous Gluconate reacts with 1, 10-phenanthroline to form an orange-red complex. The absorbance was measured at 515nm against a reagent blank. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range 0.5~5μg/ml of ferrous. Ferrous Content can be determined with this method in pharmaceuticals also. The results showed good agreement with those obtained by cerium sulphate method.
