摘要
用英国Keeler Pulsair非接触性眼压计对我国1742例(3418只眼)正常儿童的眼内压进行了测量,测出的平均眼压值为2.32±0.43kPa,其(?)±1.96s为1.47～2.20kPa,不同年龄、性别和眼别其眼压有显著性差异。根据本研究结果、作者建议以1.47～3.20kPa做为我国儿童的正常眼压值,最后就NCT的准性及应用价值进行了讨论。
The intraocular pressure (IOP ) in 1742 (3418eyes) normal Children was examined with Keeler Pulsair(non-contact tonometer, NCT). The average value of IOP was 2.32±0.43kPa and the (?)±1.96s was 1.47～3.20kPa. There was a signifcant difference in age, sex and eye(left or right eye). The authors propose that in China the value of IOP in children ranging between 1.47～3.20kPa may be considered as normal value. The accuracy and clinical application of NCT were also discussed.
