摘要
解决目前高校图书馆外文期刊经费不足、传统馆际互借低效、保障能力差的有效手段是利用网络文献传递,实现资源共享。为此,单个图书馆和国家相关部门应整体化建设一次文献保障系统、从成本和效益考虑提高一次文献的保障能力等。
The effective way to solve the problems of shortage of funds in buying foreign journals,low efficiency in interli-brary loans and poor indemnification is to share information resources by network document delivery sevice, which requires the individual library and the national management organization concerned to do a lot of work.
