摘要
通过揭示馆员素质的内涵 ,提出了做好素质教育的方法及其结合点 ,即素质教育应与世界观、人生观教育相结合 ,与职业道德建设相结合 ,与继续教育相结合 ,与提高服务质量和服务技能相结合。
By bringing to light the quality of medical librarians,the methods of quality education and their links, such as combinations of quality education with world outlook and outlook on life, values, the construction of occupational ethics, continuing education, and enhancement of service quality and skill are put forward.
