摘要
本文报道了以猪肝为原料,经乙酸沉淀,多次硫酸铵盐析,磷酸钙吸附步骤提取谷氨酸脱氢酶的方法,最终收率为17.3％,提纯倍数75.5。
A method of isolating glutamic dehydrogenase from pig liver is reported. It involves acetic acid precipitation, ammonium sulfate precipitation and absorption on calcium phosphate gel. The final rate of recovery of the original activity of the extract is 17.3％ and a 75.5-fold purification is obtained.
