摘要
地区电网局部性事故如处理不当 ,可能导致上一级电压的部分电网发生事故 ,甚至扩大为系统性事故。作为调度员应针对具体的事故做出分析、判断 ,选择适当的方法 ,稳、准、快地处理事故。为此 ,提出了调度员在输电线路跳闸、变压器跳闸、母线故障及变电站全停电的一些处理方法 ,并举例给予说明。
Local accidents of regional power network, if handled improperly, may give rise to accidents in part of the network of higher voltage, or even develop into systematic failures. Dispatchers, therefore, should make proper and rapid treatment, based on the analysis of the specific accident and taking appropriate measures. In this paper, the author illustrates some treating methods for trip of transmission lines and transformers, bus failures as well as overall service interruption in substations.
