摘要
以湖北电网 1 999年枯水期小方式为实例 ,分析了小方式下系统电压水平与无功功率平衡的关系 ,提出现代电网小方式下 ,网络充电功率已成为负荷无功功率主要提供者的观点 ,在此基础上分析了系统小方式下单台发电机进相与全网大范围机组进相对系统电压水平和无功功率平衡的不同影响 ,认为小方式下解决系统电压偏高主要在于电压的分级分区管理 ,其次是无功功率分层分区平衡。
The artical analyzed the relation between voltage level and reactive power balance under light flow.The viewpoint of modern power system,verified through practice of Hubei power system,is the reactive load mainly balanced by net capacitance under light flow condition.under such condition,operating,in leading power factor,the different effects on system voltage level and reactive power balance between single generator and many generators connected in whole system were analyzed.
