柔性石墨板的力学性能与微观结构的关系 被引量:11

摘要 测量了不同密度柔性石墨板的拉伸强度、压缩率和回弹率等力学性能。研究了可膨胀石墨膨化倍率对其力学性能的影响 ,认为柔性石墨的抗拉强度主要来自于膨胀石墨解理表面起伏之间相互锁合的机械力———一种内部静摩擦力。又利用SEM、XRD、AFM等分析测试手段研究了柔性石墨的内部微观结构 ,并探讨了微观结构对其力学性能的影响。 Tensile strength compression and resilience rates of flexible graphite sheets were measured. The effects of exfoliated volume of expandable graphite on its mechanical properties were investigated. It was found that the tensile strength of FG, a kind of interior static friction, originates from interlocking of exfoliated graphite with rough surfaces. The interior microstructure of flexible graphite was also characterized by SEM, XRD and AFM, and then the effects on the mechanical properties of flexible graphite were discussed.
