摘要
本文阐述了配方和生产工艺条件对分散黄RGFL质量和收率的影响。通过实验筛选出了生产该产品的最佳工艺条件和配方,从而提高了产品的质量和收率,使原料成本大幅度下降,提高了企业的经济效益。
This paper elaborates the effects of dispersity and process conditions on the quality and yields of Disperse Yellow RGFL(C. I. Disperse Yellow 23). The best process conditions and dispersity are obtained through experiments, thus improving the quality and yields of the product, the consumption of raw materials as well as the cost of the production reduced remarkably, and good economic performance is to be achieved.
