摘要
本文论述了爆炸应力波、爆生气体准静态压力在爆破破裂过程中的作用,作者认为,当应力波越过径向裂纹尖端后,爆生气体准静态压力在光面爆破破裂过程中的作用是主要的,运用有限单元法计算在爆生气体准静态压力作用下炮孔周边径向裂纹的应力强度因子K1,并绘出了径向裂纹尖端周围应力的分布情况,分析研究了渗入到径向裂纹中的爆生气体对径向裂纹扩展的影响,以及径向裂纹数量、长度、空孔、自由面对径向裂纹扩展的影响和长裂纹对短裂纹扩展的影响。所得结果可供分析光面爆破机理和进行光面爆破设计时参考。
The paper discusses functions of explosive stress waves and quasi-static gas pressure in blasting.The authors hold that when stress waves outdistances the tips of radial cracks,the quasi-static pressure plays a decisive role in smooth blasting.The finite element method is used to calculate stress intensity factors of radial cracks from a borehole under quasi-static pressure,and stress distribution around tips of radial cracks is plotted. The paper also studies and analyses the influence of gases penetrating into radial cracks on propagation of cracks; the influence of number and length of cracks,empty holes as well as free face on propagation of cracks; and influence of long radial cracks on propagation of short cracks. The results of this investigation can be used as references in analysis of mechanism of smooth blasting and in the design of smooth blasting.
