摘要
本文根据滚切时齿轮齿形的形成原理,提出了在滚切过程中,滚刀齿形以凸曲线的形式分布于啮合线上的展切滚刀,以提高滚齿精度和刀具寿命,并简化了滚刀的制造过程。
According to the gear tooth serration formation principle,this paper presents a kind of gener- ating cutting hob on which has a tooth form of convex curve distributed on the line of action in the process of tuning so as to make machining precision improved and the cutter life prolonged, and the making process of the bobbing cutter simplified.
