铸铁钢锭模铸态残留应力初探

摘要 通过对合格的铸铁钢锭模的铸态残留应力的实际检测,发现当钢锭模内表层有“额外”石墨化时残留铸造应力呈不利状态;而无额外石墨化时残留铸造应力呈“拉内压外”的有利状态、无需时效热处理,并从而推荐了合理化学成分。通过实际检测还发现,沿用工艺铸得的锭模的弹性模数及泊松比值较低,且具有软的力学特性。 By means of measuring the residual stress of qualified ingot mould made of grey cast iron, it has been found that the residual stress of ingot mould presents an unfavourable state when there is extra-graphitization in the interior layer of the ingot mould, but it presents a favourable state when there is no extra-graphitization. There is no need of ageing treatment upon the latter condition, and therefore a reasonable chemical composition has been re-commended here. In addition, it has also been found by thepr actical detecting, that the Young's modulus of elasticity and Poisson's ratio of the traditionally made ingot mould are of low magnitude and weak specific mechanical characteristic.
