文章介绍了单片机控制的多段料筒温控系统，对系统的硬件和软件作了较详细的陈述，控制回路采用ＰＩＤ参数自整定的ＰＩＤ算法和脉宽调功法，系统具有结构先进合理、功能完善、控制精度高、抗干扰能力强、通用性好、使用方便等特点。
The paper introduces the composition of a hardware and the program design of multiple seg- ment temperature control system controlled by a single chip microcomputer. The control method uses PID parameters auto-producing and pulse width modulating. As the result, the performance of system has been improved.
