摘要
“发展是硬道理”是邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成内容。“发展是硬道理，是解决中国所有问题的关键”这一重要思想是以江泽民为核心的党的第三代领导集体实践邓小平理论的科学总结，是以改革处于攻坚阶段，发展处于关键时期，对邓小平“发展是硬道理”思想的进一步完善，并赋予了新的时代内涵。
“ Development is the most important principle” is one of the most important parts of Deng Xiao－ ping's theory of constructing the socialism with Chinese characteristics.The important idea of“ Development is the most important principle,which is a key point to solve all the problems in China” ,is a scientific summary by the Party's third leading group with Jiang Ze－ min as center in practicing Deng's theory,and a further perfection of Deng's“ Development is the most important principle” with new contents of the new era at the storming stage of reform fortifications and at the critical period of development.
