摘要
铜-碳纤维复合材料无论用做结构或功能元件,其热传导系数都是重要的物理性能指标之一。这类复合材料的热传导性能主要取决于其组成中的碳纤维含量与排布方式。由于碳纤维本身物理性能的显著方向性,因此研究其排列方式对热传导性能的影响具有重要的理论与实际意义。本文对几种不同碳纤维排列方式复合材料的导热系数的实测值与理论值进行了比较,证实复合材料在垂直于纤维方向上的导热系数不能简单地用混合法则进行估算。
The thermal conductivity of material is one of the important physical properties of copper/carbon fiber composite, no matter it is used as structural or functional elements. The thermal conductivity of the composite is not only dependent on the volume fraction, but also the arrangement of carbon fiber.More researchers are interesting in the influence of fiber arrangement on the physical properties of composite,it is due to the apparent orientational effects of carbon fiber. The results of thermal conductivity being measured in different fiber arrangement and distributions and calculated by means of theoretical predictions are compared.The conclusion of this research work is that the simple 'rule of mixture' must be carefully used for calculating the coefficient of heat conductivity of copper/carbon fiber composite in transverse direction.
