摘要
对高乙烯基聚丁二烯(HVBR)与顺丁橡胶(BR)共混胶进行了透射电镜观察。结果表明,共混胶存在微相分离结构,微区尺寸为0.2~1.5μm,较溶液共混的相区尺寸大1~2倍,且分布宽。当HVBR含量为60%左右时产生相逆转。BR在HVBR中的分散性较HVBR在BR中的分散性好。共混胶加入炭黑后,微区尺寸减小,相容性增大。炭黑在两相中的分配不均匀,主要集中在BR相中。
The microstructural morphology of high vinyl polybutadiene (HVBR) and cis- polybutadiene rubber (BR) blends was observed by transmission electron microscope . The results showedthat there existed a phase separation structure in the rubber blends , the size of microphase is 0.2 - 1.5 μm , being 1 - 2 times larger than the phase size of solution blends and with a wider distribution . The phase inversion in the blends occured at about 60% HVBR content. The dispersity of BR in HVBR was better than that of HVBR in BR . After carbon black was added to raw rubber blends , the size of microphase decreased while mutual solubility increased . Carbon black was heterogeneous in two phases and was mainly in BR phase .
