聚氨酯的形态结构与性能 Ⅰ.硬段模型化合物的合成

摘要 以四氢呋喃(THF)或THF/N,N′-二甲基甲酰胺混合液为溶剂,采用直接法合成出100 g以上的硬段模型化合物B(MB)_n。用二苯甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯(MDI)和1,4-丁二醇反应后,可分离出单分散的B(MB)_1,和B(MB)_2;同样,用B(MB)_1与MDI反应,可得到单分散的B(MB)_2和B(MB)_5,也可由B(MB)_2与MDI反应得到单分散的B(MB)_5。用NMR,DSC,GPC法对B(MB)_n的表征证实,本实验所合成的样品确系单分散硬段模型化合物。 Over 100 g of B (MB )n model compounds were directly synthesized by using tetrahydrofuran (THF) or the mixture of THF and N , N '- dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvents . By the reaction of diphenylmethane - 4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI)and 1,4-butanediol (BDO),narrow distributed B(MB)1 and B(MB)2 were separated and purified .Similarly ,by the reaction of B(MB)1 and MDI ,narrow distributed B(MB)3 and B(MB)5 were separated and purified ; B(MB )5 could also be obtained by the reaction of B(MB)2 and MDI . These B(MB)n model compounds were characterized by NMR ,DSC and GPC methods .
