摘要
简述了高压聚乙烯釜式法生产熔体指数(MI)为50g/10min花料产品的工艺方法。产品冷却器温度应低于150℃,切粒水温比普通注塑料低10℃。采用生产过渡期,分阶段过渡到MI为50g/10min。
The development of the technology for producing by the kettle method the LDPE resin of MI 50g/10min for making plastic flowers had been briefly reviewed. Mains problems solved for actual production were also indicated.
