摘要
为评价锰对接触男工妻子妊娠结局的影响 ,对 314名接触工人和 314名非接触工人进行了调查。结果表明 ,74个作业点的 2 0 9个空气MnO2样品的几何平均质量浓度为 0 145( 0 0 0 2~ 9 34 0 )mg m3,作业点和样品的超标率分别为 4 7 3%和4 0 2 %。接触组和对照组的早产、自然流产、死胎死产、低体重儿、新生儿死亡、围产儿死亡和出生缺陷发生率未见显著性差异。接触组自然流产、死胎死产、低体重儿、围产儿死亡和出生缺陷的RR和 95%CI依次是 1 5( 0 7~ 3 0 )、2 2 ( 0 6~ 8 9)、1 5( 0 7~3 1)、2 0 ( 0 6~ 6 6)和 4 6( 0 5~ 39 3)。
To evaluate the effect of manganese exposure on pregnancy outcome in worker's wife,the pregnancy outcome of 314 exposed worker's wife and 314 control subjects were investigated.The results showed that the geometric mean of air MnO\-2 level was 0\^145(0\^002~9\^340)mg/m\+3 and the exceeding rates were 47\^3% from 74 worksites and 40\^2% from a total number of 209 samples.There were no significant differences in the incidence of the preterm birth,spontaneous abortion, fetal death and still birth,low birth weight,new\|born infant death,perinatal death and birth defect between the exposed and control groups.The relative risk( RR ) for exposed worker's wife was 1\^5 for spontaneous abortion [95% confidence interval (95% CI ) 0\^7~3 0],2\^2 for fetal death and still birht(95% CI 0 6~8\^9),1 5 for low birth weight(95% CI 0 7~3 1),2 0 for perinatal death(95% CI 0 6~6 6) and 4\^6 for birth defect(95% CI 0 5~39 3).
