人工神经网络优化碳钢表面TiO_2修饰膜制备工艺 被引量:15

摘要 在改进常规制备方法的基础上 ,采用化学镀 /溶胶 -凝胶复合法在碳钢表面制备TiO2 修饰膜 .利用人工神经网络优化制备工艺 .研究较优条件下制备的TiO2 修饰膜在 0 . TiO 2 modified film is one of wonderful anticorrosion materials.TiO 2 modified film on carbon steel was prepared by a new method electroless plating and sol gel composite process.There were many preparation factors influencing the corrosion resistance property of modified film,among them,the thickness of NiP transient layer (measured by plating time),number of dip coating during the sol gel process,heat treatment time and the molar ratio of complexing agent and Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 were the most important ones.An artificial neural network was applied to design the preparation condition of TiO 2 modified film considering the interaction of the main factors.The condition of forming TiO 2 modified film on carbon steel was that NiP plating was 50minutes,No.of dip coating was 4,heat treatment time was 2 hours,and the molar ratio of complexing agent and Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 kept 1.5∶1.Corrosion behavior of TiO 2 film on carbon steel was investigated by polarization resistance measurement.The result shows that electroless plating and sol gel TiO 2 modified film on carbon steel has a good anticorrosion property in 0.5 mol/L H 2SO 4 solution.
