摘要
针对在２５ＭＮ卧式双动式油压机上生产的管材发生偏心问题，从设备及工装结构稳定性角度进行了剖析，找出了产生偏心的关键原因，提出了解决问题的逆向锁定方法和非稳定式自由调心方案，从而解决了管材生产效率低和产品质量不稳定的难题，并为结构改进提出了实施性方案。
