摘要
目的 探讨创伤和危重症营养支持的规律。 方法 对 2 40例创伤和危重症患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。创伤 190例包括多发伤 12 6例 ,复合伤 35例 ;危重症 (非外伤性 ) 5 0例。 结果 2 13例存活 ,2 7例死亡。创伤合并MODS 6 2例 ,5 6例予PN ,死亡 2例 ;EN 6例 ,死亡 2例。 结论 创伤和危重症的救治中 ,营养支持 (代谢支持、代谢调理 )特别重要 ,直接影响患者的康复和预后。
Objective To study the law of nutrition support on trauma and critical illness,to prevent immunodysfunction,incurable infection and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome resulting from nutrition failure. Methods Retrospective analysis on 240 cases of trauma and critical illness.Trauma group included 126 polytrauma,35 compound injury;non-trauma group included 50 critical illness. Results 213 recovered,27 died.62 cases trauma complicated with MODS,52 were given TPN,12 died;6 were offered EN,2 died. Conclusions Nutrition support (metabolic support,metabolic intervention) was important for curing trauma and critical illness.TPN was given to provide enough substrate benificial to recovery.With patients' condition improved,early enteral feed should be taken to made better amelioration.
